Faults and reasons of blow molding machine
Fault 21：The mold gives out explosive sound while blowing
Reasons:
1.Sealing pressure is not enough
2.There is crack or d
epletion on the rubber gasket at the sealing
3.The electromagnetic valve broken
4.Opening the mold without exhausting and unloading safely
5.Power shortage in the midway
6.The silencer is blocked by dust
Solution:
1.Increase the area of the cylinder sealing surface to increase the sealing pressure, or increase the pressure of the sealing,noticing that it can not be more than 10KG/CM2 2
2.Change the rubber gasket at the sealing
3.Check the electromagnetic valve
4.Eliminate the fault of the exhaust valve,increase the delaying opening mold time, or check whether the closing brace devices break down.
5.Improved power supply system
6.Cleaning the silencer with diesel
